Helmed by James Beard Award winning chef Gregory Gourdet, kann celebrates Haitian cuisine and heritage, marrying Pacific NW seasonal ingredients, elegant techniques and presentation, and a thoughtful approach to hospitality. kann (the Haitian Creole word for cane) reflects chef Gregory's childhood memories of sugar cane vendors and tastes and scents of open-fire cooking.
