Heirloom Kitchen is a Farm-to-Table Restaurant, Cooking School and Retail Boutique, considered one of the best in New Jersey. Helmed by James Beard Award Semifinalist chef David Viana.

The cooking classes are legendary, highly customizable and a fabulous experience for a group. You'll determine the theme. and find a good excuse to gather a group.

Spend about 2 hours cooking communally with the chefs. Then have the absolute pleasure to sit at the gorgeous farm table and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

We customize the lesson and yes, guests spend about 1.5 - 2 hours cooking in the kitchen communally with our chefs followed by a shared meal at our farm table.
