1. Aperitivo - Welcome to Bologna: Chef Michele introduces his roots in Bologna, offering guests a taste of traditional balsamic directly from a dispenser at the table. Dish: Parmigiano Reggiano 24-Month Crostini, served with Prosciutto di Parma and Balsamic Glaze from Modena

2. Chef Dario's Colombian Inspiration - "El Caribe Meets Italy": Chef Dario shares the story of combining the flavors of his Colombian heritage with Italian ingredients, inviting guests to assemble their own mini arepas. Dish: Arepas with Burrata, Avocado, and Heirloom Tomato Salsa, topped with fresh basil and Italian olive oil.

3. From India with Chef Susy - "Spices and Roots": Chef Susy explains the delicate balance of tandoori spices with Italian risotto, providing small bowls of spice blends for guests to explore the aromas. 5. Chef Dario's "Amazon Adventure" - Wild Flavors of Colombia: Chef Dario shares the inspiration behind using Amazonian flavors like aji amarillo and plantain. Guests can taste the aji paste and plantain chips before the course is served. Dish: Grilled Langoustines with Aji Amarillo and Cilantro Chimichurri, paired with Green Plantain Puree
