The Prescott Foundation’s mission is to address the significant shortage of qualified A&P Mechanics by providing accessible, high-quality training. We hire individuals as Journeymen mechanics, offering them a unique opportunity to develop essential skills while being compensated. The traditional routes to acquiring these skills often involve significant financial barriers, discouraging many potential candidates. By offering paid training, we alleviate this burden, enabling more individuals to pursue a career in this vital field. We are asking for donations so we can expand our program and reach more aspiring mechanics. Your donation will directly contribute to funding our comprehensive training programs that cover the latest industry standards and practices, as well as offering financial assistance to ensure participants can focus on their training without financial strain.

This end-of-summer aviation event at Hangar 743 includes a family-friendly, aviation-themed car show and features local vendors, food, and other entertainment in addition to the aircraft collection, which is on full display. Wings & Wheels is different each year, but past years have featured visits from other warbirds, such as a P-51 Mustang, a WWII airborne demonstration team, and helicopter rides.
