## Training session structure

- 45 minute strength & conditioning sessions tailored to meet your goals and needs. All workouts follow this structure:
1. Dynamic Warmup
2. Workout
3. Stretching
- The workout of the day will vary each session, and entail a combination of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, and/or other equipment if available!
- In between sessions, I'm available on text to provide support and accountability
