Indulge in an intimate, epicurean adventure with an exclusive chef dinner for up to 12 guests at a private home, including a three-course seasonal menu and a signature cocktail or mocktail. Perfect for family gatherings, corporate events, or special celebrations!

Package includes:

  • Welcome cocktail/mocktail: cantaloupe and olive oil margarita- tequila blanco, cantaloupe juice, cointreau, agave, olive oil, mint (mocktail sans tequila)
  • Appetizer: garlic confit white bean puree, seasonal veggie crudite, grana padano, extra virgin olive oil
  • Meat Mains: whole roasted herb chicken in jus and Pernil style roast pork
  • Sides: Fire roasted carrots and zucchini, cottage cheese, honey and toasted almonds; heirloom tomatoes, basil, burrata, coriander seed; smashed rosemary tri-colored potatoes; focaccia with butter
  • Dessert: banana pudding, caramelized bananas, vanilla wafer crumble, chantilly whipped cream
