Red Tail P-51D "Little Coquette" Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Working in conjunction with one of the original Tuskegee Airman, Lt. Colonel Harry T. Stewart, Jr., we will be offering this numbered edition of Aviation Heritage Labels featuring his P-51, "Little Coquette."
Tuskegee Airmen is the popular name of a group of African American pilots who fought in World War II as the 332nd Fighter Group and 477th Bombardment Group of the US Army Air Corps.
They are also sometimes referred to as the Red Tail Angels or Red Tails, unofficial terms that were used during the War to describe the mostly unknown group of Airmen because of the distinctive red paint used on the tails of their fighter aircraft.
These hand-crafted aviation aluminum and glass decanters are filled with a 5-year limited edition Straight Bourbon Whiskey, complimented with a unique signature display case made from American hardwood.
Each of these numbered Aviation Heritage. labels are handmade from aircraft skin type metal using actual aircraft building techniques and tooling, the labels are effectively built around the custom moulded Mk II glass bottle.
