Imagine if a child you love could not get life-saving care.
Each year, more than 450 million children under the age of 5 go without access to basic, life-saving surgical care. World Pediatrics St. Louis connects families to care by enabling the access of advanced pediatric care to world-class hospitals in the area.
Join us Monday, September 30, 2024 for a fabulous day of golf, food and fun! The biggest perk? Forever changing the lives of kids! The annual World Pediatrics Golf for the Kids Tournament engages St. Louis leaders to come together for a day of philanthropy, golf, camaraderie, and networking. The results are powerful, raising funds to bring hope and healing to children who desperately need our help. Golf for the Kids supports the amazing St. Louis medical community, which makes our work possible.
Our vision is to increase impact by empowering the global community's sustainable access to advanced pediatric healthcare. Global Need
Each year, more than 450 million children under the age of 5 go without access to basic, life-saving surgical care.
An estimated 17 million lives are lost annually from conditions requiring surgical care, 5x greater than the death toll from HIV/AIDS, TB, and malaria combined. Without investment in surgical care, low- and middle-income countries face an estimated US $12.3 trillion in lost GDP.
No act of generosity is too small to make a difference.
