Humming Puppy is a Yoga studio like no other. Our spaces are uniquely designed to soothe and focus the senses, elevating your Yoga practice. With our bespoke soundscape 'the Hum' featuring through each and every session, you can expect accessible, immersive Yoga classes inclusive of traditional movement, breathwork and meditation practices.

OUR STYLE OF YOGA
Our class styles are not one style of Yoga, but reflect authentically the experience of our teachers. All classes are inclusive of:

Intention: A focus to invite into your practice; what do you want to cultivate as you move through your class?
Pranayama: Breathing practices and breath awareness; how are you breathing and how does it feel?
Asana: The physical element of a Yoga practice; a sequence of postures to move, open and strengthen your body.
Meditation: The invitation to be still with your thoughts; this looks and feels different for everyone.
Sound: As well as 'the Hum', Crystal Sound Bowls and chanting feature in every class; a tool to ground, focus and unite. Chanting is optional - listening is enough!
