CANCELLATION POLICY
Through this website you may have the opportunity to purchase, directly from COSF, items, event tickets and conference registrations. In making such purchases, you agree (1) that all information you provide for purposes of making such purchases will be accurate, complete and current and that you will pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism in effect when such charges are incurred; (2) that you will defend indemnify and hold COSF and its directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any and all liabilities costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees related to any violation of this agreement by you or authorized users of your account; and (3) that you will not hold COSF, its directors, officers, employees, agents or volunteers liable for (a) consequences of your reliance on, or use of, services or goods provided, or (b) mistakes, defects or delays in performance.
In making purchases any changes are to be approved by COSF directors, name transfers may be permitted no more than 30 days prior to the event. Refunds are not allotted 60 days leading up to any COSF related events. Less than 60 days purchases are non refundable and are 100% tax deductible donations at time of cancellation. Travel disruptions or illness do not qualify for refund of said purchases 30 days leading up to the event date.
Any sponsorships, purchases, and donations fall under these terms.
