It is perfect for family vacations, large groups and special occasions, capturing city, sea, and marina views from the Cabo Pedregal Gated Community. Spend sunny afternoons lounging by the pool. Later, watch the sunset from the hot tub. Then, move inside for some fun in the games room when it's late. The next day, head south and hit the beach bright and early.

Fully refundable $2,500 security deposit required 30 days prior to check in.
$500 nonrefundable property management fee.
Valid one year from date of event.
Excludes holidays and currently booked dates.
Each guest over 12 people will be an additional $150.00 USD per person added to the nightly rent charge
Any rental above 12 people will be sleeping in bunk beds
Full refundable security damage deposit: $2,500 USD.
No guest under the age of 12.
Daily maid services are mandatory and included in the rate.
