Please note: silent auction will close between 8:30 PM - 8:45 PM on May 11.
How will I receive the items I have won in Silent Auction?
Congratulations! You will have the opportunity to receive your item after the auction closes. Please report to our registration desk and our staff and volunteers will assist you. We request you pick up all your winning items the night of the event.
Due to changes in our recent office management, we are unable to hold auction items for a later day pick up. Please make sure to pick up your items as you leave for the night, and help us remain efficient in the process of serving you.
If you are out of town and won an item (thank you and congratulations!) - we will ship the items out to you. Shipping charges will apply. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process any pending requests.
