Please join us for our Annual Signature Event, Embrace the Journey, to help those seeking to rebuild their lives get to the end zone. While we all have our favorite teams, join us on Saturday, October 19 to Team Up with Emerge!!

We are pleased to showcase our progress to date and dreams for the future at the Emerge campus for our third annual Embrace the Journey! Highlights for this dressy casual event from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm include:

• VIP Meet & Greet with Coach Jim Tressel, former Ohio State University Football Coach and President Emeritus of Youngstown State for sponsors at the $5,000 level and above.

Former OSU football Coach and President Emeritus Youngstown State University.
Jim is passionate about creating a healthy workforce and extending opportunities to those who are seeking to rebuild their lives. We are honored that he supports this work and has devoted time in his schedule to be with us. Jim toured the Emerge last year and was impressed by the vision of the founders in connecting substance use treatment with workforce development to support success in long-term recovery. A fitting Tressel saying goes like this "Your goals are constantly revised according to circumstance, but your purpose, your real reason for being, that supersedes everything."

Jackson Snelling Is a 22-year-old accomplished singer-songwriter and pianist from Austin, Indiana. Jackson was a contestant on NBC's The Voice Season 24 and was on the first ever Team Reba. Jackson was a 2021 American Idol contestant who went before the judges on national television in March. He has won many awards, most recently in Nashville, Tennessee at The Josie Music Awards Show held at The Grand Ole Opry, where he received the Male Vocalist of the Year 2023 Award. In 2021, he also won Josie Music Awards Entertainer of the Year Fan Choice Award. In 2020, he won the JMA's Video of the Year for his original "If I Only Knew". Since Jackson's American Idol audition, he has been traveling to perform in several states. He currently has an album out across all platforms, "Storyteller", and is currently working on releasing his second EP.
