Prepare yourself for the sensory delight of a home-cooked, authentic, Indian meal for 8 people, prepared by Saroj Dayal and Sonia Dayal Schursky. Host a house party or a family dinner and have it delivered to your door, or pick it up from Sonia's home.

The menu will be:

Appetizer:
Bhaji (Pakora)
o Fresh assorted vegetables seasoned and dipped in chick pea flour and fried to perfection
o Served with mint and coriander chutney
Main Course:
Chicken Tikka Masala (Butter Chicken)
o Boneless skinless chicken breast marinated overnight in a curry and yogurt sauce, grilled and then mixed with a special creamy tomato sauce
Chana Masala
o Chick peas soaked overnight to soften and then cooked in an onion, ginger, and garlic based sauce, seasoned with garam masala (mix of roasted Indian spices)
Gobi-Aloo Masala (Cauliflower/Potatoes)
o Fresh cauliflowers and potatoes cooked with onions and tomatoes and various Indian spices
Dal Turka (Lentils)
o Lentils soaked overnight and cooked in a mix of Indian spices over slow heat for several hours to help maximize the flavor

Dessert:
? Kheer (Rice pudding)
o Basmati rice slow cooked in milk, sugar, and cardamom which is garnished with almonds and pistachios

Your menu can be customized for food sensitivities/allergies. You will make arrangements directly with Sonia and Saroj to finalize the menu and set the date/time. Must occur within 12 months.
