Kitchen table is in front of main window overlooking Lake Superior. There is door off living room to an outside deck overlooking the lake.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with queen bed overlooking the lake. Full master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower stall. There is a kid's bedroom located on the upper floor as well with two double beds within. Full bathroom with bathtub shower unit connected to the bedroom.

The lower level of the unit has a bedroom overlooking the lake with a queen bed. The lower level is a walk out with small patio outside to view the lake. There is a living room area in the lower level with a gas fireplace and a couch. There is also a brand-new pull-out couch - that converts to a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom and shower on the lower level. WIFI TV downstairs in living room.

Total sleeping capacity is 4 upstairs, and 4 downstairs. You could also put kids on couches on various levels.

· Gitchi Gammi bike/walking trail runs through the property and goes up and down the shoreline for 14 miles

· Superior National Golf Course - one of MN best courses- is 2 miles north of cabin

· Lutsen Ski resort is 2 miles north with skiing in winter and Alpine Slide and Gondola rides in summer months

· Oberg Mountain hiking and skiing trails are 1.7 miles north

· Superior National Hiking trail access points are many - all within 2 to 5 miles

· Cabin has two bikes, 3 pairs of snowshoes

· Grand Marias is 20 miles to north with many good restaurants

· Gunflint trail is 20 miles to north - the entry point into the Boundary Waters

· Sawbill Outfitters is 3 miles south - they have full array of canoes, kayaks, and bikes for rent

· Grand Portage Casino is 60 miles to north

· Miles of cross-country ski trails are adjacent to property

· Snowmobile trail access just to north of property
