Flours Pasta & Bakeshop is a woman-owned cafe that offers fresh pasta, baked goods, from-scratch eats and great coffee in the historic river town, Haverstraw, NY. Our menu changes daily and can be eaten in-house and made for takeaway. We carry goods from other local small businesses and host cooking workshops for kids and adults.

Flours is committed to creating a business which represents our core values, and to introduce the community- especially children- to wholesome, local food; making well-balanced, real food easy to prepare at home in minutes; and elevating fellow local small businesses.

We proudly use Italian grown and processed wheat from Molino Grassi . Our semolina and 00 flours are certified organic by the EU and non-gmo. Zero chemicals are used during the growing and harvesting processes, and the flours are imported directly from Italy. Our Heritage wheats and oats come from River Valley Community Grains (Long Valley, NJ). They provide us with stone ground, milled to order, certified organic ancient grain flours grown in NJ and PA. We are a proud member of the Northeast Grainshed Alliance, the grassroots organization compromised of grain growers, producers, researchers, & the public, and focus on connecting the community within the grain supply chain of the northeast. The organic, free-range eggs for our fresh pasta are sourced from SOVA Farm (Norwich, NY). Our fruits & veggies are grown by local farms in the neighborhood - Deep Roots, Obercreek, Little Gem Farm, Field & Larder, Orchards of Conklin - just to name a few!
