Our Esteemed Honorees

Russell Yankwitt is one of Westchester County's most highly respected attorneys, known for his impressive track record of case wins in the courthouse, in private arbitration and at the settlement table. One of Russell's standout qualities is his unwavering commitment to his clients. He deeply cares for them personally and advocates for them with unyielding determination and dedication. In addition, he always gives 100 percent, standing resolute and Yankwitt Tough until the case is fully resolved.

Russell is an active member of the Westchester County community, serving on multiple not-for-profit boards, including Legal Services of the Hudson Valley. He has been a staunch supporter of our mission and has dedicated six years of service to our board. During his term on the Board of Directors, Russell sat on both the Finance and Development Committees, including serving as Chair of the Gala Committee. His support of our mission extends beyond that of his service as a member of our Board. Yankwitt LLP. has supported several of our pro bono initiatives over the years, and Russell has always been available to assist when called upon. It has been a pleasure to have Russell as a Partner in Justice, and we are proud to present him with this honor.

Roger E. Woolsey, seasoned aviation, hospitality and branding expert, is principal and chief executive officer of Million Air. Voted the #1 premier fixed-based operation (FBO) chain 11-years in a row, Million Air is the 3rd largest FBO chain in the world and provides upscale, private aviation services to airports, individuals and corporate flight departments. Woolsey is an entrepreneur and C.E.O. that has successfully launched several companies, whose entrepreneurial drive and fascination with the science of customer service, business and flying spans a lifetime.

Woolsey is clearly a visionary and charismatic leader, with a passion for results and quality. He has been featured in and quoted in numerous books, magazines and news media outlets. Woolsey served as a bank board member, frequent guest speaker for both Universities and corporate keynote addresses.

Mr. Woolsey and Million Air's philanthropic efforts include delivering much-needed service puppies for adults, children and veterans with disabilities to providing aid during the COVID-19 Pandemic and stepping up to assist in relief efforts following natural disasters like Hurricanes Irma, Maria and Harvey.
