The bidder is entitled to a standard bathroom remodel which includes the following:

• General Contracting services provided by Sandcon Remodeling. They provide plans, manage all the trades, as well as permitting, home protection, disposal, and final cleaning.
• 10 hours of design services provided, to assist you with your selections & overall design of the space. Provided by: Kathryn Johnson Interiors Inc
• New plumbing fixtures. $1,900 allowance. A portion of this provided by: Ferguson
• Vanity light fixture. $350 allowance. Provided by: Robinson Lighting
• New accessories (shower rod if needed, paper and towel holders). $250 allowance.
• Custom vanity cabinet (up to 6 feet in length) & framed mirror. $3,500 allowance. Provided by: Danner's Cabinet Shop
• Stone countertop with back and side splashes (up to 6 feet) - Tier 1 pre-cut allowance ($70/SF installed). A portion of this provided by: Granite Tops (Stone Countertop Outlet)
• Tile installation labor that includes surround for tub or shower (up to 80 SF) and floor (up to 50 SF), with ceramic baseboard. Provided by: Redzic Remodeling
• Tile material allowance of $8/SF. Includes 2 level recessed shampoo niche, or up to 3 Corian corner shampoo shelves. Provided by: ProSource
• Ultra quiet bath fan on timer. 1 LED wafer light above tub shower area and/or toilet. Device updates. Electrical services provided by: Twin Cities Generator
• Paint walls and ceilings, one coat of finish on trim (room footprint size up to 75 SF). Provided by: Masters Hand Painting

*If you would like to apply your bid to a larger project (such as a Master Bathroom, kitchen or other space), Sandcon Remodeling will apply all the allowances noted to that project and work with you on a bid for the remainder of your selections & services.*
