Born from the unwavering determination of seven mothers fifty-five years ago, our mission was defined by their collective advocacy for their children's health in the face of losing their community's sole doctor. That's how we started, and that spirit fuels us today.
Despite our growth and the strides we've made, the challenge of providing comprehensive and accessible healthcare for children-spanning prenatal, medical, dental, and behavioral health-remains as urgent as ever. It's a vivid reminder of our roots and the ongoing need for action and support.
We're incredibly proud and grateful to collaborate with the Youth Philanthropy Council for our Emerald Ball. Witnessing children come together to fundraise is a heartwarming experience, ensuring that no child is ever left behind due to a lack of access to quality healthcare. In addition, our Philanthropy Leadership Council (PLC), a passionate group of community and business leaders, generously offers their time, resources, and expertise. Together, they're raising awareness, forging new partnerships, and leading our key fundraising initiatives with unmatched passion and purpose.
