Private Creme Brulee class for Four WITH B'BERI DESSERTS!

Become a master baker under the guidance of Diane and Fritz Ebanda from B'beri Desserts! In this private cooking class for four, the Ebanda's will cover the basics of how to make Creme Brulee and walk you through the process step-by-step in this exciting hands-on class.

The class will take place at the Joly Center in the Alliance Francaise teaching kitchen. Please plan to schedule for a mutually convenient date by November 8, 2024.

Fritz and Diane Ebanda are the owners of B'beri Desserts, a French pastry shop serving the Twin Cities with traditional, handmade French desserts, pastries, viennoiseries, and other saveurs du monde. The dynamic couple has been operating their successful business since 2020, combining more than 20 years of experience in the pastry world. Born in the country of Cameroon, Diane and Fritz learned how to cook and bake at a young age. They worked in prestigious restaurants and pastry shops across multiple continents, learning advanced pastry techniques and management skills. Creativity, simplicity, and elegance are the foundation of their handmade confections.
