Porscha Burke is Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy and Senior Editor-at-Large at Random House & Crown Publishing Groups. A twenty-year veteran at Random House, Porscha has served as Maya Angelou's editor and spearheaded new editions of Toni Morrison's acquisition, The Black Book, and The Autobiography of Malcolm X. A Queens, NY native and child of hip-hop culture, Porscha received her MFA in creative nonfiction from Goucher College, where she currently teaches book proposal writing.
