Suenos is located in one of the safest, most quiet parts of modern Mexico. The home is secured behind double-gated entry areas all within the private, gated and guarded community of La Punta. In turn, La Punta is located on the also-gated Santiago Peninsula. La Punta is a private land area where you may safely enjoy everything Suenos has to offer… including evening walks, early morning runs, lazy strolls to (and on!) the beach, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTES:WEEKS ARE BASED UPON AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF REQUEST AND MUST BE USED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE AUCTION. THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S, AND EASTER WEEKS, IF OPEN, CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE TO BIDDERS WITH AN UPGRADE FEE OF $2000, BUT ONLY IF THE ORIGINAL AWARD WAS FOR A HIGH SEASON WEEK. UPGRADES FOR A HIGHER SEASON OR EXTENSIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO BIDDERS AT $3000 PER UPGRADE/EXTENSION EVENT. FOR PARTIES OF MORE THAN 10 PERSONS (FAMILIES ONLY) A FEE OF $1000 PER ADDITIONAL PERSON WILL BE REQUIRED EXCEPTING CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS OF AGE. A DATE CHANGE FEE OF $3000 MUST BE PAID FOR ANY WEEK 6 MONTHS OUTSIDE THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED WEEK AND $4000 FOR ANY CHANGE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED WEEK.
