All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan's largest 5-star airline, invites you and a guest to fly round-trip from Washington, DC to Tokyo, Japan in 2024. Winner will receive roundtrip economy class air transportation for you and a companion from the ANA U.S. gateway airport closest to your residence to Tokyo (Haneda) Airport and return.

Round trip travel must be completed no later than March 14, 2025 and cannot be extended for any reason. Minimum stay is 3 days and maximum stay is 1 month from date of departure. Once ticketed, ticket and travel extensions are not permitted.

Winner is responsible for all travel costs associated with using the ANA Tickets, including but not limited to transportation costs to/from the ANA U.S. gateway airport to the winner's residence, and all costs incurred while traveling in Japan.

Departure taxes, inspection fees, fuel surcharge fees, airport taxes and luggage fees, if any, are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid in US$ by credit card at time of booking. Please verify the amount applicable with an ANA representative.

Winner and companion, if any, must travel together on all flights. If Winner's companion is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian.

Seat confirmation depends on availability and neither upgrade nor mileage credit is permitted.

Travel is not permitted: April 30 through May 6, 2024; July 27 through August 18, 2024; December 13, 2024 through January 8, 2025.

Travel award tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-endorsable and may only be used by the person(s) to whom they are awarded. Changes are not permitted once an award ticket is issued.

Travel awards that are sold, bartered or altered are automatically void.

Travel awards offered have no cash value, other than the fees paid once ticketed. If tickets are lost, stolen, or expire prior to use (unless restricted by law), they will be forfeited.

Identification is required at the time of travel. Winner and companion, if any, are solely responsible for compliance with all required visa, immigration and customs requirements for travel to and from Japan, including but not limited to any proof of vaccination. No refunds or rescheduling will be made if improper documentation or failure to comply with all rules and regulations of the travel provider results in denying boarding or entry.

All tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variations, work stoppage and schedule or route changes.

Winner must comply with all ANA requests for documents (including signed documents) related to issuing the ANA Tickets within the deadlines set by ANA. ANA will not be responsible for any requests or correspondence delayed, lost or not received by either winner or ANA.
