Our fundraising event provides essential services and experience to those in need. Thanks to the generosity of people like you at our past events, the HHMF has been able to share over $400,000 with organizations and people doing good in the world, including:

  • Life-changing experiences for kids with cancer and critical illnesses

The Hunter Houle Memorial Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity organization. All contributions to this event and the organization are tax deductible, subject to normal tax rules.

Auction opens Thursday Evening

Bidding will close on Saturday, April 27, after the live auction at ERX Motor Park.
Registered users will receive a text notification when the auction is on the countdown.

How does the Silent Auction work?  

We are using mobile bidding for the silent auction items.  You are able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder from anywhere in the world! 

How do I bid on Silent Auction items?

Get started online through the auction page.  Just hit the "Register Now" button towards the top of the page and enter your name, cell phone number, email.   

How do I start and continue my bidding?

Browse the Auction Items and start bidding on your favorite items.  You are able to set a maximum bid on an item and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until the auction closes or your maximum bid is reached.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?  

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid.  Keep an eye on your favorite items and if you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile.  The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or have reached your maximum bid amount.  When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items. 

How will I collect my winnings?

Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event. You will receive a pay link on your bidding device to pay by credit card.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, please see an HHMF volunteer at the checkout table.

 

**In-Person Participants at ERX will be able to take their items with them when the evening concludes. 

**If you are not attending the fundraising event email [email protected] or call 612-991-4920 to make arrangements for pick up in Forest Lake, Mn. To have your item shipped to you shipping fees may apply for larger items and if shipping is out of the U.S.
