All reservations are subject to availability. No blackout dates. Holiday fees will apply during travel weeks within seven days of a holiday. Package is valid for studio room occupancy which will accommodate two adults and two children, under the age of twelve. Additional charges will apply for guests amount exceeding the limit. Room/Suite upgrades are available at a discounted rate. Redemption bookings should be requested a minimum of 60 days in advance and within one year of the charity event date. Travel should take place within 18 months of the charity event date. Extension options may be available for an additional fee. Redemption voucher certificates and/or booking codes should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. Estimated retail value is calculated using rack room rates. Hotel/Resort taxes and fees along with any room incidental charges are not included and are the responsibility of the redeemer.
