Bring home a piece of local history with this elegant framed Watercolor Painting of Olde Towne's historic Watts House. Built in 1799 by Colonel Dempsey Watts, this house has entertained an array of historical figures, including Congressman Henry Clay, Chief Blackhawk, and President Andrew Jackson. The Watts House is captured in beautiful detail by Julia Bristow. An artist and writer, Bristow was a Norfolk native, the founder and first president of The Butterfly Society of Virginia, and an active member of the Norfolk Botanical Garden Society. This painting will add a unique piece of Portsmouth and Norfolk history to any room.

Framed size is 36''x24."
