You will love this sentimental original pastel drawing by Debbie Freear Strobel titled "Looking for a Friend."

Described as "a cardinal on a fence post, from a photo taken along the Dogwood Trail in Withrow Springs State Park, Arkansas." Story behind the cardinal: he was a very friendly bird that met the Park Ranger every day he made his rounds at Dogwood Trail by alighting on the mirror of his truck. Debbie saw the cardinal upon driving by and stopped. He then lit upon Debbie's mirror and stayed a while, and after, hopped to a fence post nearby. Debbie took a picture of him. Later, painting the pastel, she named it, "Looking for a Friend" because she felt that's what the cardinal was doing, and he had found one in Debbie. 16 x 20 original pastel 22 x 26 wooden frame with mat About the Artist:
