Beautiful Lake tahoe retreat sleeps 8 (9 with top bunk) and is located on the north side of the lake with nearby access to private Incline Village beaches and public beaches around the lake, a local recreation center, public golf courses, earby biking and hiking trails in the summer and during the winter access to multiple ski areas,

The two-level home includes a chef's kitchen, living room, half bath and master king ensuite on upper view level; and two bedrooms (double, 3 twins) with shared bath, second master king ensuite, laundry and family room on lower entry level. With 3.500 square feet, you and your active guests can take in the majestic surroundings, BBQ and relax on the expansive deck after a long day of exploring.

• This package is available to use until Sept. 30, 2025, with dates restricted between July 6- August 17. Other blackout date include Thanksgiving and New Year's weeks.
• This one week stay can only start on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
• With five stairs up from the garage and 20 steps up to the main level the home is NOT wheelchair accessible
• There is an additional $500 loss and breakage deposit due upon booking, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged (both separate from winning bid donation)
