dining experience in Miami. A uniquely original concept, Haiku showcases a modern take on

traditional Japanese "Kaiseki" cuisine with just one member and their guests served each day.

The 10 course Omakase (Chef's Choice) tasting menu showcases a progression of dishes, from

individually handcrafted "Edomae" sushi, featuring fresh fish flown directly from Japan, to the

chef's presentation of hyper-seasonal ingredients at their peak. In addition, signature wine

pairings are expertly curated from an extensive selection of wine, sake, and champagne by

Haiku's sommeliers. Each dish and accompanying pairings are introduced to the guests in a

series of evolving stories through the course of the meal creating a fully immersive culinary

experience.
