About the Retreat
Journey into the world of self-discovery and mindfulness-based behavior change. Explore your relationship to eating and food and learn tools to make shifts in ways that enhance your well-being. We'll practice savoring and tuning into the language of the body to know the feelings of satiation. This 2-hour retreat for up to 10 people will include experiential exercises, talks, and guided meditations. It is offered via Zoom.
About Your Teacher
Elliott Law, MS, CYT, is a certified mindfulness teacher and mindfulness-based behavior change facilitator. He teaches Mindful Eating and Introduction to Mindfulness for Mindful USC. He is also Associate Director of Fundraising for the USC Center for Mindfulness Science and a teacher with InsightLA Meditation. A long-time foodie, he thoroughly enjoys teaching mindful eating.
