September 1st, 2024 through September 1st, 2025 for trips purchased through auction event. The trip needs to be booked before June 2025. We suggest booking trip within 45 days of purchase to ensure best dates. Trip is valid for travel for 1 year. Provider cannot assume any responsibility for a trip not taken before the expiration of September 2025. Once trip dates are confirmed, incurred fees for trip cancellation or date changes will be buyer's responsibility. Multiple trips purchased in the same auction event must be taken on separate dates.

Airfare is not included in the trip. Trips are non-transferrable (to be used at other HookFire lodges or to other guests or organizations). Gun entry permits can be purchased upon entry into Argentina for personal guns. Otherwise gun rental is $85.00 per day at the lodge. Shells must be purchased at the lodge ($19.95/box for local shells). Shells are subject to a slight price change depending on availability/ and market price; $60 per day to personal bird assistant, per hunter. Argentina Dove Hunting trip licenses ($75/day per hunter) must be purchased separately.
