Navalayo Osembo is the Director of Africa at On. Before joining On, Ms. Osembo founded and successfully exited Enda Athletic Inc., a made-in-Kenya running shoe brand that creates jobs, invests in local communities, and spurs economic development through exports.

She is from a town near Eldoret, Kenya, that has produced generations of the world's greatest distance runners.

Before creating Enda Athletic Inc., Ms. Osembo started a sports academy in Bungoma, Western Kenya, to give sports proteges from disadvantaged backgrounds access to much-needed professional training without compromising their education.

Ms. Osembo graduated from prestigious institutions such as the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and the University of Nairobi. Her career has taken her across borders, including the US, UK, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Kenya. In these diverse settings, she has utilized her skills as an entrepreneur, accountant, attorney, and international development practitioner. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Skoll World Forum Emerging Leader, Top 40 under 40 Women (Kenya), and a Builder of Africa's Future Award. She is also a TED speaker and a passionate advocate for women's rights in Africa.
