What to Expect

5:30 PM | Registration Begins: Beat the lines and arrive early to enjoy our full Cocktail Hour experience
6 PM | Cocktail Hour: Kick off the night with a delightful cocktail hour
7:15 PM | Dinner: Dinner service will begin in the ballroom
8 PM | Live Auction: Bid on incredible items and experiences while supporting Los Ninos Primero
8:45 PM | Dance the Night Away: Enjoy music, dancing, and community

Get ready to be swept away to the heart of Spain as Marianela Belloso and the Calo Gitano Flamenco Dance Company set the stage on fire with their electrifying performance. The evening will come alive with the soul-stirring melodies of flamenco guitarist TT Del Sur.

Founded by Willie Ziavino & Juan Bonini in 2010, soon becoming one of Atlanta's favorite latin band with a musical fusion of Caribbean Rhythms with elements of Funk, Pop and Brazilian beats.

We offer an all-inclusive musical entertainment service for your wedding, corporate party, music festival or intimate party. We love to play salsa, timba, merengue, cumbia, bachata, ballenato, reggaeton, bolero, rumba, samba, samba reggae, bossa nova and more.

Location & Arrival Information

If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?

Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest. You will need to tell our registration table the name of the person who is unable to attend, and provide them with the name of your new guest. Your new guest will be issued a bidder number to use throughout the evening.

Please note, as of September 13th, all meals have been submitted to the hotel, we cannot guarantee the new guest will get their preferred choice. We will do our best to accommodate.

Can I register my Credit Card to use the evening of the event?

Yes, you can register your credit card within your GiveSmart account. If you have trouble registering your card online, please bring your credit card to register the night of the event.

Where should I park?

It is best to park in the garage located underneath the hotel. There is an elevator that will take you directly into the hotel lobby. Signage will lead you to Los Ninos Primero's ballroom.

What time does the event begin?

Check-in registration and cocktail hour begin at 5:30 p.m.

What is the dress code for the evening?

The evening's dress code is dressy cocktail.

What is included with the ticket?

A plated three course dinner.
