Have you tried Nigerian Cuisine? Now's your chance! Our annual fundraiser, Soulful Supper, is a night of fellowship, fundraising, and meaningful impact. Get the latest stories from A2S in Nigeria, meet the A2S community here in the U.S., and celebrate our successes and our future with us.

Soulful Supper 2024

Why: Celebrate Nigerian Culture and help us break the cycle of poverty.

This year we will celebrate how A2S "adds color" to the lives of our children and youth each day. We are excited to share the ways we help our youth build agency, so they can regain one of God's greatest gifts- the gift of choice. There is a colorful array of dreams and passions that our kids have for their futures. We're excited to share their stories and raise funds to fuel these dreams.

The evening includes a social hour, silent auction, and catered Nigerian meal with our dinner program. Our silent auction includes artisan items from the market in Nigeria, art from Lake Norman area artists, fun experiences, and more! All funds raised as a part of the event will benefit our Education, Career Development and Community Empowerment programs in Nigeria.

Wondering what to wear?

A2S will have a special gift at the door to help you add color to your outfit (examples below)! Come to Soulful Supper wearing a basic or neutral base color. We will have traditional Nigerian pieces to add to your outfit so you can "add color" to our celebration! Not sure how to wear this fabric? Have no fear. You can get ready with our scholars and volunteers at our styling station!

African friends, please wear traditional clothing that highlights your culture. The A2S team and our scholars will also be representing the variety of tribes and cultures within the community we serve.
