Come experience Bliss Acres. It is difficult to describe Bliss Acres; it seems one has to experience it themselves. Each season has its own unique beauty and the gardens always have something blooming. With your private hot tub (adults only, no children under 12 for their health reasons), guests are invited to use the shared pool with not only owner but the other AirBnB unit on the property. TV is DVD/Blu Ray only. No phone reception. Wifi is slow, not conducive to streaming but adequate for email and texting.

Bliss Acres is set in beautiful gardens in the middle of a forest. The compound is fenced 5 acres, with 6 acres of woods outside of the fenced area. There are gardens, and small vineyard for a private romantic getaway, quiet family time, healing from loss, or place of restoration and relaxation.

Beautiful gardens and peaceful spaces provide restorative moments. The property is 1.25 hours west of Redding; 2 hours east of Arcata, 25 minutes from Weaverville, the nearest town (although five miles away is a very small grocery store for emergency provisions).

Wifi is available but is not conducive to streaming. Text messages can be sent and received and emails can be sent and received as well. If previous guests have used up the broadband allotment, the wifi will be very slow. There is no phone service on the property but 10 minutes back toward 299 there is reception.

The nearest grocery store is a small, well-stocked for essentials grocery store at Junction City, 15 minutes away. The nearest large grocery store, Holiday Market, is in Weaverville, 25 minutes away. Starbucks is located in Holiday and wifi is available there as well. Mama Llama also has customer-available wifi.
