Guided hunt at the historic Jesus Maria Ranch located in Hebbronville, TX.
Hunt includes one management buck, one doe, one javelina and one hog. Hunts can be shared between hunter and spectator. Hunter will need to provide their own gun and make arrangements for any taxidermy or meat processing. Dates to be scheduled by ranch owner and hunter.
The Jesus Maria Ranch is steeped in history of cattle, the Texas Rangers, romance and war. It is the kind of ranch legends are made of. Teddy Roosevelt's rough riders played polo here and Pancho Vila camped nearby. Old timers say, "You could see cattle all the way to the horizon from the Balcones." John Houghton Allen, former owner, wrote the classic and poetic novel "Southwest", about the life on this ranch in the early 20th century. This ranch consists of over 1100 acres in Jim Hogg County, Texas.
