Live online fitness classes with a coach! 1-month unlimited Zoom Fitness Classes.

All of our instruction is done online via Zoom, with a Yip Fitness instructor's watchful eye monitoring the class, to ensure proper form and prevention of injury. Live classes help foster a sense of accountability for the entirety of the one hour class. Instructors keep the classes fun and filled with laughter and good music.

Equipment needed: An exercise mat. (The workouts are all bodyweight, but a mat will greatly help your comfort during class.) Keep a water bottle near you during the workout to stay hydrated!

Dumbbells and bands are optional: You can help build more strength and make the movements more challenging with dumbbells and bands.

Workout purpose: Increasing strength and creating lean and tone muscles.

Accountability meetings are core to our product offering at no extra cost, it is included with your fitness classes. You will meet with a coach via Zoom or phone, one-on-one. During accountability meetings, we will discuss food, learn accountability tricks, set daily habit goals, and manage stress. We go at a pace that is realistic to your life and goals.

Restrictions:
A 1-month membership for 30 days.
Cannot put a hold on the membership once started, and it expires after 30 days.
Ages 13-80 years old. Tailored for women.

All levels welcome - every movement has a beginner to advanced option.

You can give it as a gift, so it is transferable.
No refunds. Cannot be combined with other gift certificates.

• If you are unable to pickup during those listed times, you must reach out to us by May 7 to make alternate arrangements.
• Any items not picked up by May 31, 2023, will be considered donated back to our organization and your payment will be not be refunded.

Cash or credit card are accepted. The auction will close at 3PM on Sunday, April 30. The Royal Tea Party Fundraiser is from 1:30PM - 3:30PM.

Paying online:
After the auction closes, if purchasing with a credit card, your next step would be to select the Pay option from the top menu to check out.

Paying in person:
If paying with cash, payment is required when picking up the item. Exact change is appreciated. For those attending the tea party event, you can pay with a credit card through this website or you can pay with cash or card at the event cashier.

Any silent auction items with no bids when the auction closes will be immediately available for purchase at their minimum bid price. Don't forget to browse those!
