Go back in time to experience the luxurious dining experience for first class passengers on the Titanic's maiden voyage. Noah Sheetz - the former director of The Chef's Consortium, along with four other noted Hudson Valley Chefs will recreate the first-class dinner menu that was served onboard the Titanic on April 14, 1912. The exclusive event will be held on the Bannerman Residence Terrace overlooking the Hudson River. A boat will pick up passengers in Beacon and ferry them to Bannerman's Island.

This exclusive event has room for 36 guests and is currently sold out with a waiting list! You are bidding on dinner for two. You will be treated to an 11-course meal based on an original menu that was recovered from the ship.

The meal will include wine sponsored by the Millbrook Vineyards. Meals will be served in a reproduction of the Wisteria pattern bowl that was used by the White Star Line in the Veranda Cafes on the Titanic. Each guest will take home their Titanic bowl as a souvenir of the evening.

The evening will be topped off with the performance of All Aboard Titanic - actors will recreate scenes of first class passengers who were on-board Titanic on April 14, 1912. It will be a night to remember.
