The 15 Year is a barrel-proof whiskey that's left unhurried and unperturbed at the Old Rip Van Winkle warehouse. The time left in barrel gives it smooth oak flavors that make you never want to let go.

It pours a hazy copper in the glass, and has a big palate to match the big alcohol. Aromas of dried cherry, honey, cinnamon and cooked sugar drift off the glass. A full body of caramel, toffee, and peppery spice lands on your tongue with each sip, and a long and satisfying finish stays with you long after you swallow.
