-Brenton Hotel not valid on weekends between June 1 and October 31 or for any city-wide events. This certificate expires June 2025
-The Chanler at Cliff Walk cannot be used June-September or holidays. It expires April 30, 2025
-Gratuities and alcohol not included with hotel stays
-Must have original certificates when booking the hotel stays and helicopter tour
-Individuals must be under 300lb for helicopter tours and tours are weather permitting
