About the Camp: Grit Basketball Shoot camp

Choose one shoot camp or clinic from the dates provided in Spring 2024 at Grit Basketball

At SHOOTCAMP, whether you're just learning to shoot or you're changing your shot, we'll help you become a one-motion shooter. From the turn, to the dip, to your follow-through, you'll leave camp knowing the mechanics of elite shooters in college and beyond. If you've been shooting for years and need to tweak your technique, this is also the camp for you.

What You'll Learn at ShootCamp
At ShootCamp, you'll learn shooting and scoring fundamentals and more:

• Understanding and practicing proper shooting mechanics
• Developing a one-motion shot with a dip, turn, and follow-through
• Being "shot ready" and attacking on the catch
• Creating separation between you and your defender
• Thinking quickly and finishing creatively around the basket
• Self-assessing and self-correcting your shot
• Developing the ability to stretch finish with both your inside and outside hand
