About the Camp: Summer at Far Brook

Summer at Far Brook offers participants high quality, meaningful experiences that are consistent with Far Brook School's values, extending the school's mission beyond the academic year. These values inspire participants to fuel their passions and awaken their curiosity by creating a supportive and caring camp community that cherishes love of learning, movement, creativity, diversity, and individuality. Programming will include fun and engaging multidisciplinary day camp programs, sports instruction, outdoor exploration, leadership development for our oldest campers, and unique week-long Master Classes taught by highly credentialed and knowledgeable camp staff, including Far Brook faculty.

June 17 - August 9: Summer at Far Brook (Open to all) - Day Camp, STEAM/Specialty Camp, Sport Clinics, Far Brook Young Leaders

Note: Camp will be closed Wednesday, June 19, for Juneteenth, and July 4-5 for Independence Day.

Regular Camp Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
1/2 Day option for Nursery 3s: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Extended Hours:
8:00 - 9:00 am and 3:30 - 5:30 pm

Pricing Information

Day Camp Full Day $625

($495 week of July 4 - 07/01-07/03)

Swim lesson add-on for Grades K-4, beginning June 24, add +$125

Extended Day AM & PM $20/hour

About the Center: Far Brook School

Far Brook School, set on nine wooded acres in Short Hills, New Jersey, has an intimate, small village atmosphere. We opened two new state-of-the-art buildings in the fall of 2015: our Science and Environmental Center and our Music and Arts building.

Established in 1948, the school is known for its progressive approach, integration of the arts, and commitment to social justice. Far Brook's 9-acre campus offers abundant outdoor learning opportunities and the community is intentionally small and diverse.
