Throughout the day, the Assistant PE Teacher will have the unique responsibility of choosing the games and activities for each gym period, ensuring a dynamic and interactive experience for all participants. The winning bidder has the option to double, triple or quadruple their donation (based on the number of students they have enrolled at HWIS) lest they're prepared to choose a favorite child's class, so bid wisely.

Terms & Conditions

• Available to grades K and up
• Must be present at the gala to bid on live auction items.
• Student will follow their normal school schedule but will be pulled out of class for portions or all of gym classes.
• Email your digital winning bid certificate to HWISPA at [email protected] to redeem.
• PE teacher for a day session scheduled on a mutually-agreed upon date with the HWIS Administration in the spring 2024 semester.
• Must be redeemed prior to the last day of the 2023-2024 academic year.
