Support our guest families by adopting one guest room at the Chestnut Street House or Front & Erie House in 2024.

About Adopt A Room:

The Adopt A Room partnership program allows you, your company, or your organization to be the room sponsor of one of the guest rooms at one of our two locations-Chestnut Street or Front & Erie. Your funding will support the housekeeping and maintenance of that room for a whole year and thereby provide a clean and comfortable space for all the families who will stay in that room during that time.

The Impact of Adopt A Room:

In 2019, we opened the Jill and Alan B. Miller Tower and began welcoming families into our new rooms. We now have more than twice as many rooms as we did before the expansion, so your support is more critical than ever. By partnering with our Adopt A Room program, you are doing more than making sure families have a place to sleep each night-as important as that is. You are making it easier for children to get the treatment they need and have their families close by their side, every step of the way. You are eliminating many of the financial challenges that come with traveling long distances for medical care, so that parents can focus on their child's treatment. You are also providing parents with the support and rest they need to be there for their seriously ill children and their siblings.

Last year, 1,600 families traveling from 49 states and 39 countries stayed at a Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia for more than 38,000 nights. Nearly half of those families were our neighbors, traveling from across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We provide more than just a place to stay, each family has a private comfortable room, three delicious meals a day, complimentary transportation to the hospital, and the support of our social work and family services team.

Sponsorship Benefits:

• You/your company will be listed on a high traffic area. Families, volunteers, sponsors, and other visitors will be able to see the names of the companies, organizations, and individuals who have adopted a room throughout the entire year. All sponsors will also receive recognition in our 2024 Annual Report and listing on RMHC Philly website.
• During the course of the year, you will receive personal notes from guest families who wish to express their gratitude.
• *Due to the limited number of Adopt A Room partnership opportunities available, you will have first right of refusal for the Adopt A Room partnership for the following year.
