Enjoy a tutored wine tasting experience for up to 10 guests, including the wine and food pairings, with Michelle Supple.

With Michelle, you will travel the world in your wine glass, exploring 5 wines from around the globe. In this 'tutored' tasting you will learn to evaluate each wine like the pros do it! An added benefit is understanding your own palate, and why you may or may not prefer certain wines.

Michelle will guide you as you analyze what you see, smell, and taste. You will test your wine opinions with certain foods vs. as a stand-alone. Together, you will discuss food pairings, and Michelle will share fun facts and talk about alcohol levels, soil composition, trends, and the value proposition.

About Michelle

Michelle is certified by London's Wine and Spirtis Educational Trust (WSET), known as the required finishing class for Sommeliers in Europe. She successfully completed all educational levels and passed all exams on the first sitting.

Over the past 20 years, Michelle has advised local restaurants on wine lists, as well as independent wine establishments on topics such as inventory selections and pricing. She has provided wine class for corporate events, including Executive Board tastings for banks in Europe. Michelle has also conducted private wine tastings for collectors, and consulted on numerous private wine dinners.
