Casa Suenos is the House of Dreams. Your group of 10 will enjoy seven (7) luxurious days in this villa on the Mexican Riviera nestled on a cliff only meters above the ocean spray of the Pacific. This 10,000 square feet home is made of marble splendor melded into Etruscan Architecture and has countless details and amenities, which include five stunning, fully air conditioned, sea-facing, private master suites, two swimming pools with cooling waterfalls, three sunning decks, a fourth deck with sun chaises partially submerged in the cooling pool and a shaded palapa bar. Casa Suenos boasts outside living and dining areas with sunset views that are simply beautiful. The home's full time 5-person staff will greet you upon arrival and cater to your vacation needs for the duration of your stay. Chefs Margo and Carlos will prepare the most exotic dishes of both Mexican and International cuisine. Just a few minutes' stroll from Suenos you will find Playa Escondido, the private community beach complete with palapas, pool, and dining areas in the beach club. A short drive will take you to Las Hadas, Santiago, and Maeva Beach Clubs. You can also take in a few sets of tennis at Club Esmeralda, the private tennis complex within the safe confines of Casa Suenos' double gated community. Just 20 minutes from Suenos is El Corazon, an amazing 18 hole mountain course with over 500 ft of elevation change. The "Coup de Gras" of Golf, El Tamarindo, is sculpted from the rocky cliffs and dunes of the Pacific by David Fleming and located on the ocean's edge within a 6000 acre Ecological Preserve.

This package does not include airfare, food and beverages, ground transportation, touring, spa services, laundry, gratuity, golf, deep sea fishing and personal purchases.

Weeks are based upon availability at the time of request and must be used within one year of Veritas VIII (by April 19, 2025). Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks, if open, can be made available to winners with an upgrade fee of $2,000, if the original award is for a high season week. Upgrades for a high season or extensions are available to winners at $2,000 per upgrade event. For parties of more than 10 people (families only), a fee of $1,000 per additional person will be required, except children under 7 years of age. A date change fee of $3,000 must be paid for any change within 6 months outside the originally scheduled week….and $4,000 for any change within 6 months of the originally scheduled week.
