Sheila and Neil Griffeth own the Lexington Moe's Southwest Grill locations. Neil, a Georgia Tech graduate, partners with the Fayette County schools to provide support for the teachers and students, and is an advocate for Dance Blue, a student-run organization at the University of Kentucky. Sheila serves as the Vice President of Surgical Services, Cardiovascular, Infusion, and Neurosciences across the Kentucky market for CHI Saint Joseph Health, and Administrator of the Saint Joseph Health Outpatient Surgery Center.

Sheila serves on the Surgery on Sunday board, the Midway University board, is on the executive leadership team for the American Heart Association, is active in the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses, and is a member of the American College of Cardiology. Sheila served in the United States Army, which instilled her drive and energy to succeed. Throughout her career, she has become a powerful force within the workplace who energizes her peers with her optimism.

When Sheila and Neil are not serving their community, you can find them with their three beautiful daughters; Meradith (25), active duty in the United States Army-Hawaii, Caroline (19), a sophomore at the University of Kentucky studying Neuroscience and Political Science, and Lucy (17), senior at Lafayette High School. In addition, they welcomed their new grandson, Liam, this past year.

Sheila and Neil are ecstatic to support the Rotary Club of Lexington to increase efforts to impact the Lexington Community and raise funds to help diminish the financial strain for Surgery On Sunday.
