The home is situated within walking distance to town and is on a golf course fairway, a beautiful lake with a distant view of the Sea of Cortez. The area is quaint, and activities are abundant. The Sea of Cortez is within walking distance, and five golf courses are within a 15 minute drive. Three courses were designed by Jack Nicklaus, and one by Robert Trent Jones. These courses feature spectacular ocean and mountain holes. Villa residents can play on the home course called Vidanta for approximately $75 per round. You will feel like a Cabo local.
