Experience the spirit of the Wild West in this 19 1/2" x 9 3/4" original by famed American artist Ace Powell.
Featuring a covered wagon, full moon, and a man with his faithful dog, this piece evokes the romance of the frontier.
Powell was largely self-taught, but did take several lessons in his youth with Charles Marion Russell. With his mentor, Powell developed his signature-an Ace of Diamonds. He studied at the University of Montana through the G.I. Bill in the early 1940s and continued to reside in the state until his death on January 25, 1978 in Kalispell.
