The 4th Annual Summit on Behavioral Health in Energy Country is gearing up to tackle the pressing mental health and addiction challenges faced by communities in western North Dakota. This summit aims to raise awareness, share solutions, and address the limited resources available in the region.
The event will be held at the Astoria Hotel and Event Center in Dickinson, ND on June 19-20, 2024. Call 701-456-5000 to reserve your room under "Summit of Behavioral Health".

2-Day Registration
This ticket may only be used by one individual and may not be substituted for a 1-day registration for another individual. If an individual cannot make it to both days of the Summit, a 1-day Registration option is available for either Day 1 (June 19) or Day 2 (June 20) of the Summit.

Set up time is Wednesday, June 19th, 7:00 AM- 9:00 AM. Exhibit hours are 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Wednesday, June 19th and 7:00 AM-12:00 PM Thursday, June 20th.There will be 8' skirted tables, 2 chairs, and electricity (if needed, please specify on exhibitor registration form) will all be provided to exhibitors.
Only one person can use the ticket purchased. If you wish to have more than one person attend, they must register for 1-day or 2-day registration. Another person may not be submitted for the original registrant.

Summit on Behavioral Health in Energy: Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event: Participants can cancel their registration more than 30 days before the event for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations received from 14 to 30 days before the event: Participants cancelling their registration between 14 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50 percent refund.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. However, substitutions may be allowed; please contact the event organizers for confirmation.
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of cancellation of the summit, the organization will refund the full registration fee within 60 days of the cancellation notice. However, the organization is not responsible for any other expenses, including travel or accommodation costs.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, participants must email the summit registration team at [email protected] with their registration details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
